A little bit about me I came into real estate in 2001 after spending 18 years in retail management. During my retail career, I had the opportunity to work with and help numerous families make memories while capturing them on film to look back on for years to come. When I decided to expand my horizons for personal growth, it was important that I still had the opportunity to work with families at all stages of their lives. Real Estate is a perfect fit. In my 19+ years of real estate experience, I have been a Multimillion dollar producer. I've helped people like you find the home of their dreams - in a tight market and with fixed budgets. I'm blessed to get to be a part of their journey and would be honored to be a part of yours. It's personal I love to listen to the excitement of the new professional or college student looking for their first condo, the new young family needing their first home, the growing family that is bursting from the seams of their current home and needing more room and the empty nester looking for something more manageable. No matter what phase of life you are in, I can and will listen to your needs, set the action plan, and find you your next home that brings your dream to fruition.

I am dedicated to finding the perfect buyer for your home quickly!  I work closely with numerous serious, qualified buyers who are looking to purchase their dream home right away.  As well as finding a buyer, I am proficient in listing properties. Gladly, will walk you through the selling process seamlessly, advising you on staging, pricing and negotiating. With a background in sales and service, I willingly go the extra mile for my clients and it shows. I have a very positive attitude, and strive not only to find the perfect home, but to make the whole experience a pleasant one.
 

 My goal is to make the realtor's business more efficient by managing the details of the real estate transaction
from receipt of executed contract to the closing table.  Throughout the contract to close process I coordinate with  all relevant parties to manage the contractual deadlines, the appointments, and the administrative work required for a successful closing. My administrative and organizational skills and experience allow me to efficiently manage the executed contracts thereby giving realtors more time to focus on what they do best - selling homes.

Lorrie started working in the Real Estate Industry as a staff member for a very large Brokerage.  She soon determined that working with clients to assist them in buying, selling or leasing a home was her true calling.  Ever since then, she has worked tirelessly to provide the best service to each and every client.  Lorrie recognizes every client and every situation is different and prides herself on her adaptability and understanding.  And in this every changing market where twists and turns do happen, you need just that.
